Dear Class of 2027 Parents/Guardians and Families,
Tri-County Post Prom Committee is planning an evening of safe, alcohol/drug-free fun for all the students after their Prom which will be held on April 18th, 2026.
In order to make this a fun and successful Post Prom we are asking for support from parents, guardians and families. We want the Class of 2027 to have a special night that they deserve and have started planning an exciting night with entertainment, activities, prizes, snacks, and refreshments.
We are in need of volunteers to help make the night a success. We have several areas that we need help with specifically, purchasing larger prizes (about $100 range for the Class of 2027) and smaller prizes. We also need help calling or stopping in and asking for donations from local businesses (a letter has already been sent out) and finally help the evening of the event with set-up, during the event, and after for clean-up. Any Donations received will go towards rental costs, hypnotist, games, and prizes drawn throughout the night, food and drinks.
